Do you charge transaction fees?
No! Unlike other platforms, we don't charge any transaction fees or take a percentage of your sales. You pay only the monthly subscription fee, and 100% of your rental revenue stays with you.
What are Stripe's processing fees?
For online payments through Stripe, standard processing fees apply:
- 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction
These are Stripe's standard fees and are deducted automatically from each payment. The remaining amount is deposited directly to your connected bank account. There are no additional platform fees from us.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 6-month free trial for Starter and Grow plans. No credit card required to start your trial.
